Antique Copper Tile Adhesive (Grey) is a high-performance adhesive composed of Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC), carefully selected and graded aggregates, polymers, rheology modifiers, and additives. It is designed for both internal and external tile fixing, ensuring a strong bond on cementitious surfaces such as concrete and plaster. Additionally, it forms a waterproof barrier that prevents moisture penetration and enhances durability.
This adhesive is ideal for fixing all types of flooring tiles on internal and external floors. It comes in a convenient pre-mixed, ready-to-use form, allowing for easy application on multiple substrates. With superior waterproofing properties, it effectively prevents tile cracking while offering excellent
adhesion to secure tiles firmly to the substrate. Manufactured under strict quality control, it complies with IS 15477:2019 Type – 1’T’ and EN 12004 C1 E quality standards, ensuring consistent reliability.
The adhesive appears as a grey-colored powder with a pot life of over two hours and an open time of approximately 15 minutes. Its tensile adhesion strength, tested over 28 days, ranges between 600 – 700 KN/m², while its shear adhesion strength is 1100 – 1200 KN/m². Offering superior coverage, a
20kg bag can cover 55-60 sq. ft. at a 3mm thickness, making it an excellent choice for High performance tiling application.
